Templates are simply artifacts; tools to assist the lean practitioner do the work of direct observation, analysis, planning, tracking, and documenting things like standard work. They do not supplant thinking or the underlying principles and systems. Nevertheless, they can be useful. Help yourself to any or all the templates below.
