Recently, a handful of us fellow-lean bloggers had the opportunity to chat about the voice of the customer (VOC). This was not an abstract discussion about someone else’s customers. We were focused on our own – the folks who comprise our blogging community, the lean learning community.
Yes, we were talking about YOU…and whether we were (at least) meeting your needs. Hopefully, your ears weren’t burning.
Understanding and successfully responding to the VOC is wholly consistent with lean. So, in an effort to get to part one (understanding), we’ve developed a quick survey that we sincerely hope you will take. Consider this as the necessary “check” part of PDCA for us.
The survey is comprised of 10 short questions around things like the type of information you are looking for, what’s missing, preferred blog post frequency, etc. We promise that the survey is anonymous and that no telemarketers will stalk you because of your participation.
Your responses will help us improve our offerings. Of course, after we compile the survey results, we will share them on our respective blogs.
Thanks for your time!
